Can I still shop on WayvDesigns.com?

Yes! WayvDesigns.com is still open to accept new orders and commissions.

 

Why is my shipment delayed?

Due to increased order volume and the additional safety measures we are taking, it will be a little longer than usual for your order to arrive. Rest assured, we are working hard to deliver your order as soon as possible and keeping our community and customers safe.

Keep an eye on your email for all order updates. We'll email you once your items ship, or if there are updates on the status of your order.

 

Why is my order still pending? Why isn't there a tracking number yet? 

All of our products are custom made to order. While we strive to work with customers quickly to finalize designs, there have been some extended delays processing all orders. We sincerely apologize and know you're excited to get the items! 

Be sure to check your email and make sure you've approved any pending designs! Once your items have been made & shipped there we'll email you a link to the most up-to-date tracking information for your order.

 

My order shipped, but the updates are few and far between?

The COVID-19 Pandemic has taken a toll on all of us! While we are taking extra precautions when handing off orders to our shipping carriers, we have also noticed an increase in the time it takes for them to get checked in and move through the system. We have setup a special monitoring service to alert us if there are any problems with a tracking number, but so far all orders are being delivered - it may just take a little extra time. 

We encourage you to continue watching the tracking number from the link provided in our shipping confirmation email, however if you believe there are extenuating circumstances please don't hesitate to contact us!
